The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, conveniently close to the Kojimachi metro station, Hanzomon station, and Ichigaya station, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, although the temperature control can be challenging. The service is accommodating and although English proficiency varies, the staff always strive to assist. The dining options can be a bit pricey, especially for a Western breakfast, but the homemade cakes are a delightful treat. Overall, it's a great value for a stay in a central CBD location.

Rooms

The rooms are very well fitted with most apt amenities and properly planned into the bedroom. The only downside was that it was a bit too hot and wasn't easy to lower the temperature with smell reduction only.
Service
7.0
The service was extra accommodating when I was early for check-in and although not very firm in English, the staff always tried to help as best as possible. They provided useful items like a universal charger, TV, and other essentials.
Location

The hotel is located in a central CBD area, very close to restaurants, banks, mini-marts, drug stores, and the post office. It's within minutes to various metro stations, offering excellent connectivity throughout the city.
Dining

The dining options were a bit on the expensive side, particularly for a Western breakfast, but the Japanese breakfast in the basement restaurant is a good value. The homemade cakes were a highlight of the dining experience.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers decent facilities; however, improvements could be made in providing more dining choices and enhancing the temperature control in the rooms.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just a stone's throw away from multiple metro stations and amenities. The rooms, although on the small side, are quite clean, but may have a faint smoke scent. The staff is courteous and pleasant, despite limited English proficiency. The dining options, while a bit pricey for a western breakfast, are highlighted by a very good buffet. The location is both nice and convenient, with various services nearby, though it could be hard to find, especially at night.

I found the hotel's location to be perfect for exploring Tokyo, with several subway stations nearby. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected, were well-equipped with a convenient little fridge. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The dining options were good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great value for the central location and friendly service.

The hotel is located in a super quiet area of Tokyo, close to multiple metro stations for excellent subway access. The rooms are small but cleverly designed and clean, ideal for a couple with minimal luggage. The service, while not always firm in English, is helpful and polite. The dining experience is available in the basement restaurant at a reasonable price. However, the location is a bit far from major areas, limiting dining and nightlife options.

Rooms

The rooms are small but well designed and most importantly clean. They were the smallest of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Tokyo and surrounding areas on our trip, but offered just enough space for a couple with minimal luggage.

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff was extremely helpful and polite, and the location was perfect with several subway stations nearby. However, the rooms left much to be desired as they were smoking rooms and had a terrible smell. On the bright side, the hotel is in a quiet area of Tokyo, but it may be a bit boring for those looking to be closer to major dining and shopping areas.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was a smoking room and had a terrible smell. There was nowhere to store my luggage, which was inconvenient. The room was okay for just one person.
Service

The staff at this hotel are all really kind and friendly. They were very helpful in giving directions to the subway stations. Laundry service was also available.
Location

The hotel's location is perfect, with several subway stations around for easy access to different parts of Tokyo. It's a quiet area close to restaurants, banks, and convenience stores, making it convenient for everyday needs.
Dining

The dining experience was pretty good overall. There were options within walking distance, but the prices were a bit on the expensive side for my liking. Breakfast was limited to just a Western-style option.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were decent, but nothing too outstanding. I found them to be proportional to the price I paid for the stay.
